Hi.. my name is Daniel Angel Rodriguez: I'll start by underscoring that every word, sentiment, every TAB and illustration was written and fashioned by me. If there's error in punctuations, spellings, grammar or articulations, they are solely of my doing. I'm NO scholar.. I'm merely a suffered man who's poised, despite my plight, to bring sentencing reform to a broken system. I endeavor, along with other like-minded organizations, activist, friends of the constitution, and the American people' to actuate sentencing equality/reform. For thousands upon thousands of Americans, such as I, languish hopelessly in the Federal Bureau of Prisons with criminally draconian sentences.
This site is a true work in progress with a grand agenda. For it' I'm forever thankful to my parents for championing and unifying, as they too wear the grief of such absurd sentences., As well for the many whom are involved, committed and have adopted (A.A.I) An American Injustice as their own: I thank you with all my being. And though perhaps our strides today are of no consequence to me personally, being that I have already endured the brunt of my criminally unconstitutional sentence, simply knowing that our cries, our work, our awareness, our sacrifice could prove the difference to many others would be greatly satisfying. For this plague has affected far too many for far too long.
I am of hope that every facet of our site (A.A.I) will be in smooth order within the next year. Partly the reason for the sites tardiness and back-log is the Bureau's staunch actions towards silencing me, e.g. my correspondence with A.A.I which is in-essence the bloody vein to it's existence. (yet not the sole proponent to the broad dreadful subject matter), has fallen victim to the B.O.P's illegal pilferage of our correspondence. This irksome ordeal is being addressed through the tedious yet appropriate channels. But, by no means has it deterred or dampen our collective resolve.
From the hollow of my penitentiary cell I'm profoundly and wholeheartedly grateful for your encouragement, support, networking and for taking a valiant stance along-side me and my team as we venture to make a conscious difference.

Blessings to all,
The date was July 24, 1994., On that fateful day I was arrested and later convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm. The felon aspect derived from adolescent peccadilloes, which ultimately attributed to my firearm conviction being egregiously enhanced to 272 months. I make no excuses, I clearly flouted the law and punishment was in order. But surely not the iniquity rendered by the court.
